Risk scoring
A composite 0-1 score on every open deal, recomputed from timeline events each time the deal is read. Each score comes with plain-English reasons.
- Score
- 0.00 - 1.00 composite
- Bands
- Low · Medium · High
- Inputs
- Activity · Velocity · Engagement · Value
- Inactivity weighting: risk rises with time since the last logged activity, against a configurable threshold (1-30 days).
- Stage stall: time-in-stage compared against your pipeline's own average for that stage. Opt-in signal, off by default.
- Engagement scoring: emails sent, emails received, and meetings held lower the score when they are recent.
- Competitive signals: competitor keywords matched in email, note and Slack text raise the score and are cited as a reason.
- Risk reasons: every score carries a short explanation of why it moved, so the team isn't arguing with a black box.
